Resolved Notepad Default Font and someone says change it to?

Resolved it said. THe question was what is Notepad Default? Some answered back with ';this is how you change your font.'; The resolved committee or overseeing yahoo answers group answered with ';there are no fonts in notepad'; or something to that effect. It was a simple question -- certain people could not understand the question? I did see the answer but one has to dig deeply because the wrong one is on top.Resolved Notepad Default Font and someone says change it to?
Sorry to disagree, but Notepad does not include a font; it is a text only application.

However a given computer can be set to display Notepad pages in a given font, so it might look like it has a font. Sometimes that is Lucida Console.

When a program (like Wordpad) includes a font, that font is attached to a document and will display on any computer that opens the document.
