You jailbreak it and install Fontswap from Cydia.How Do You Change The Font in Your iPod Touch?
This will be impossible without jailbreaking it first. If you want to change the font of all the letters you see on your iPod, you can diwnload fontswap from cydia. If you are trying to change the font of things you TYPE, I'm not sure. There may be an app for that in cydia, but I don't know. Either way, you'll have to jailbreak it first. I recomend using redsn0w, for 1st and 2nd generations. 3rd generations I don't know about. Hope this helps!
