How do you change the color of your font for a certain section of your profile? (see details)?

I know you can go to Profile Editor and everything, but I want to make each paragraph in the ';Interests'; section of my profile a different color. I am writing a paragraph for each one of my friends. :) How do I make each paragraph a certain color?
